Paula Franco is the Branch Manager for Radstad/formerly Spherion. She has thirty years experience in the staffing industry, including 15 years as a Senior Manager for her current employer.
As an active member of GMSHRM since 2003, she served on the membership committee from 2003-2004 and was the VP of Membership from 2005-2006. She continues to serve GMSHRM as 2012 HR Florida Ambassador and as Director, Workforce Readiness from 2009 to 2011, and in 2013.
