Marylou Ponzi Kay, SPHR, is a multilingual human resources executive with experience in a variety of industries: financial services, technology, manufacturing, consumer goods, retail, and hospitality.  She has enjoyed working in many different corporate environments and across many cultures.  Marylou is known for her creative, collaborative, pragmatic approach to creating and implementing programs and has experience with global brands including Michelin, J.P. Morgan Chase, American Express, Canon, Esselte Pendaflex, Sol Melia, and Benetton. Marylou holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees, and a certificate in labor relations.  She is a former Adjunct Professor in Graduate Human Resources for New York Institute of Technology in Old Westbury, New York
