The best way to benefit from an organization is to get involved. There are many opportunities to be a part of GMSHRM. Join a committee of your choice and make a difference, meet other members of the HR community and have fun. Here is a quick overview
2012 Committees
Certification
The certification committee promotes certification efforts by organizing study groups and related activities. Two informal study groups are offered annually, prior to May and December testing, to prepare participants to take the PHR or SPHR certification examination. Committee members are needed to coordinate all aspects of the prep classes and facilitate the study group on a weekly basis for 8-9 weeks.
