About the Miami-Dade EmployAbility Network

The Miami-Dade EmployAbility Network (MDEAN), Inc. is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization composed of volunteers from the Miami-Dade County business community.  Offering leadership by example and a supportive employer-to-employer network, the Miami-Dade EmployAbility Network seeks to promote and support the employment of qualified people who just happen to have disabilities.

MDEAN is part of the business-to-business movement to dispel the myths of employing people with disabilities, encourage employment of people with disabilities and linking those businesses with organizations that can help them find qualified candidates.

A diverse workforce is vital to business success.  Approximately one in five Americans has a disability.  In Florida, more than three million people have disabilities.  By employing people with disabilities, employers can effectively position themselves to develop products and services that are more likely to sell to a diverse customer base, resulting in a significant increase in long term profits.

Help MDEAN place these candidates into jobs - please visit www.miamidadeemployability.org for more info.
