With over 25 years of experience in the Human Resources and recruitment field, Sue Romanos, CPC, CTS, CSP has built CAREERXCHANGE® into one of largest nationally certified women-owned business in Florida and ranks in the top 500 Women and Diversity Owned Companies in the U.S. For the past 4 years CAREERXCHANGE® has also named a finalist for The Best Places to Work. In addition to these business achievements, Sue has actively pursued involvement in community affairs and industry groups.

Sue is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC), a Certified Temporary Specialist (CTS), and a Certified Staffing Professional (CSP). Currently, she serves on the Executive Committee and is a founder of ANSERTEAM, the Alliance of National Staffing and Employment Resources, an organization to provide national staffing solutions. She is a board member of the Work-Life Balance Institute. the Commonwealth Institute and The Strategic Forum. She served as President of TempNet, the International Network of Independent Staffing Services, and also served on the Board of the Society of Human Resource Management. In addition, she is a member of the Graduate Advisory Board of Keiser University and a member of the Committee of 200, an International Organization of Business Women. Sue was recently honored by the Ft. Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce and presented with their Circle of Excellence Award. Enterprising Women Magazine honored Sue as Enterprising Woman of the Year and she received the Business Woman of the Year Award from the South Florida Business Journal, in the Corporation category. Her company is consistently listed in the South Florida Business Journal Book of Lists. Since 2006, Sue has been selected as one of the Top 50 Business Women in the State of Florida, according to a survey by FIU Center for Leadership.
Sue has published numerous articles, and has been cited in both newspapers and national magazines. She has lectured at Nova, FIU and Miami Dade College. Sue is a resident of Weston, FL.
