With over 25 years experience as an HR professional, including 20 years as an HR executive, Iliana Castillo-Frick currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Miami Dade College with the responsibility for directing the activities of a comprehensive Human Resources Division.
Miami Dade College is the largest and most diverse college in the nation, with eight campuses and more than 174,000 students from across the world.
