This is an amazing program that focuses on preparing young professionals of all industries and backgrounds for civic engagement and leadership roles. Young HR professionals interested in expanding their network and true understanding of community are perfect candidates for this program. Modules will introduce participants to business, community engagement, social responsibility, education, leadership, government and the gobal economy/issues.
The fellowship is an incredible opportunity. Only 12 - 16 fellows are selected from hundreds of applicants. There is no cost involved. However, the two-year experience required personal commitment.
"As a Miami Fellows Initiate Alumni, I had the priviledge of meeting local and international thought leaders, and travelled to South Africa to study their democracy model and current challenges," explained Janet Perales, 2011 GMSHRM V.P. of Marketing. "Take advantage of this amazing opportunity for personal and professional growth."
The Miami Foundation invites you to learn more about Miami Fellows by attending one of our informational sessions.
