Dr. Michael Woodward, also known as “Dr. Woody” is a CEC certified executive coach trained in the field of organizational psychology. Dr. Woody is the founder and president of Miami-based consulting firm HCI, a consultancy focused on management and executive development.

Dr. Woody is also author of the newly released book The You Plan (TheYouPlan.com) a book dedicated to helping those who have lost their jobs get back on their feet and re-engage in the New Economy. He also recently appeared as a guest expert on the Bravo Network show Tabatha’s Salon Takeover.    

Prior to founding HCI, Dr. Woody served as a management and HR consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting (PwC) and as a project manager for IBM Business Consulting Services in Washington DC.

Dr. Woody received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Miami, a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology from Springfield College, and a PhD in industrial and organizational psychology from Florida International University.
