Why join a mentorship program?
A mentoring program is a formalized opportunity for members to share knowledge and experience about career and personal goals.

Mentoring is a partnership between two people, where the mentor works collaboratively with a mentee in a mutually beneficial process.

Today, mentoring can be a partnership in the traditional sense, a lateral peer partnership, or even a skills partnership where a person with specialized skills mentors someone who does not possess that knowledge.

A mentee doesn’t have to be lacking in experience, just open to learning new things and engaging in new relationships.

Mentors provide support and encouragement to the mentees as they both commit to develop and grow professionally. Mentees offer new or different insights and perspectives from which mentors can benefit.
