The Compensation Challenge:   Are You Ready For An Audit?

Mary Dunn Baker, Ph.D., a labor economist with ERS Group, will provide guidance on what to expect and how to use statistics in responding to an OFCCP audit or other compensation challenge.  Dr. Baker will also discuss compensation practices that can help contractors avoid and/or address potential problems before an audit or lawsuit.
