Miami Dade County Is Seeking Applicants For Their Compensation And Benefits Review Committee

Miami-Dade County is establishing a nine member Compensation and Benefits Review Committee to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of its standing personnel policies and to develop policies that will better manage the growth of costs while continuing to provide competitive wages, salaries and benefits. Members shall serve without compensation for a three year term and meet no less than four times a pear.

Qualified applicants should be Miami-Dade County residents and possess an outstanding reputation for civic pride, integrity, responsibility and business or professional ability; and shall have no financial interests, direct or indirect, in the compensation paid to County employees. Members of this Committee should be representative of human resources, organizational design, public management, or related fields. A Nominating Council will recommend candidates to the Board of County Commissioners for appointment.
