Mercer's National Survey of Employer-Sponsored Health Plans
You're invited to participate in Mercer's National Survey of Employer-Sponsored Health Plans
Established in 1986, it’s the nation’s largest, most influential survey on the topic of employer-sponsored health benefits, with nearly 3,000 employers participating each year. Employers rely on the survey for precise benchmark data on plan design and cost and to learn about emerging plan management strategies.
Most importantly, pooling the experience of thousands of employers reveals what tactics really work to hold down cost increases. If you complete the survey, you’ll receive the two-volume report on survey findings for free (non-participants are charged $1,200). Results are broken out by employer size, industry and geographic region so that you can make meaningful comparisons to your own benefits program on a local and statewide basis.
With the recession creating even more pressure on to hold down health benefit cost, there's an urgent need for objective, reliable data on employer plan design and strategies – and that's where you come in. The more employers that participate in the survey, the better the results. And, of course, individual responses will be kept strictly confidential.
The deadline for participation is August 19th. However, we continue to accept submission through the end of August. If you would like to participate, please contact Dino Catozzo at firstname.lastname@example.org or call at 954-838-3418. Dino will help coordinate the materials and information needed to get you started on the survey.
