Helping clients outdo themselves with creative alternatives

Come, experience and learn how to help your clients more easily think "out of the box" as they develop creative solutions in your coaching conversations.

Do your clients sometimes get stuck, being unable to develop alternative courses of action as you coach them?  Would you like to have several tools at your disposal to spark their thinking so that they can create new alternatives themselves?  If so, you will not want to miss Dr. Charles ("Charlie") Prather's presentation on "Helping clients outdo themselves with creative alternatives."  He will teach you several practical tools that you can use to help your clients think more creatively.  Like learning to play a musical instrument, you will become proficient with these tools by practice.  There will be time during the presentation to get started with the practice which you will want to continue on your own. Every attendee will receive a complimentary copy of his first book, "Blueprints for Innovation" containing these tools.

Charlie owns Bottom Line Innovation Associates, Inc, a consulting and training company in innovation and problem-solving.  Many of his clients are Fortune 100 companies and a number have adopted his approach and methods. Charlie received his Ph.D. in biochemistry from North Carolina State University and served the DuPont Company for 24 years. He is the former Manager of the DuPont Center for Creativity & Innovation and helped design its offerings.  Currently he is Senior Fellow of the University of Maryland's business school where he teaches innovation.  His second book, "A Manager's Guide to Fostering Creativity & Innovation in Teams" will be published in August by McGraw Hill.

Dr. Prather will be one of the presenters at GMSHRM's June program.
