Founded in 1952, the Greater Miami Society for Human Resource Management (GMSHRM) has grown into the largest professional association of human resources professionals in Miami-Dade County.  GMSHRM is proud to be a local chapter affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the world's largest HR organization.
